Prestige Essence Recipes

Each 20ml bottle of Prestige Essence is sufficient to flavour a standard bottle of 35% or 40% abv alcohol (vodka, gin or any other base spirit, although the Absinthe Essences really need stronger alcohol, preferably 55% or above. To mix simply pour the alcohol into a jug, add the essence and stir.  Add the sugar as indicated on the label (a few don’t need sugar) and stir  until this is completely dissolved. This is now ready to drink but the longer you leave it the better the taste. Prestige Essences contain a mixture of herbs, fruits and spices blended together specifically for flavouring alcohol. They are not simply a flavour. never compare an essence with a flavour. A flavour is simple and rough compared to an essence. Our simplest essence contains eight different ingredients – only one is a flavour, an ingredient and quite often synthetic. There are no synthetic flavours at all in our products and never will be. Essences cost more than flavourings but you get a product that is often twenty times better.
